Repeat steps 2-3 until you have crocheted around the entire block. The number of sc stitches you will be working along your border edge will be dependent upon whether you are working a c2c project in hdc half double or dc double crochet. Skill level easy.

With this c2c blanket border pattern Im giving you two options. To make a straight diagonal edge when working with LC2C it would be easier but not necessary if you were already familiar with how to crochet Linked C2C. You can either crochet the first row as a border base row onto which you can add your choice of border. It is now my favorite go-to border for any C2C.
